Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was clean, spacious, and generally quiet, apart from some noise from ongoing drilling at the nearby conference center. However, the room felt a bit cramped at times. The service was fantastic, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, situated in a quiet residential suburb with easy access to the city center via the nearby tram stop. The dining experience was decent, although slightly pricey, especially considering the current circumstances. Overall, a good value for money.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean but quite small for our family size, and unfortunately, the lack of water glasses was inconvenient. However, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the unforgettable breakfast made up for some shortcomings. The location was ideal for both relaxing walks in the park and easy access to public transport, although being a bit far from downtown was a drawback. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with nice choices but at a higher cost than expected. Overall, it was a mixed experience but with some standout features.
The hotel is located in a nice suburb of Cologne, offering a fantastic view of the gardens and the little lake. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and well-equipped, with new furniture. The friendly service is a standout, although there were minor issues during cleaning. The proximity to public transport and the park is a plus, but it may be a bit out of the way for some. The dining experience is good, with a nice variety available. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were a bit small and the bathroom wasn't very spacious, but they were incredibly clean and offered a stunning view of the lake and running path. The room was quite hot, unfortunately, and the WiFi connection was not the best. The service was friendly and the staff kept the room clean, but they seemed a bit slow at times. The location, while perfect for runners with its proximity to a lovely park, was a bit far from downtown, making it inconvenient for our workshops. The dining options were decent with a variety of choices, but the prices were a bit steep, especially for parking. The facilities were adequate overall, although some improvements could be made.
